Basic Snow Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6-8 cups fresh snow varies with snow type
Tools
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 fork
- 1 large scoop I use the 4 cup measuring cup from PC
- 4 serving dishes

Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the milk, sugar, vanilla until well combined.
- Fold snow into the milk mixture until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add snow as desired. The amount will vary based on personal preference and the type of snow being used.
- Scoop into serving dishes and enjoy as you would ice cream.
Recipe Notes
While this recipe starts off with a basic vanilla the possibilities are endless.
