Sausage and cheese crustless quiche
Even if you think you hate quiche you need to try this. BUT you have to use a bon COOK mold or tray. See more mod that up above.

Ingredients

Pound
Breakfast sausage
10-12
eggs

Cup
Sour cream
Can be sour cream, Greek yogurt even cottag cheese

Shredded cheese
We love cheddar

Instructions
Cook up your sausage until it’s a fine crumble. Using the mix n chop makes this super easy. Set aside to cool.
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In mold of your choice crack the eggs, and whisk well. (we love the sunflower mold here)
Add in sour cream and whisk until well combined.
Add in your cooked sausage (don’t want that to cook your eggs) and cheese. Mix together to make sure it’s combined and spread out.
Bake for 30-45 minutes. Timing will vary depending on mold and how full your quiche is. You want to cook until the middle is sold and doesn’t jiggle.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then turn out onto servings plate.
