Sausage and cheese crustless quiche

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Breakfast sausage
- 10-12 eggs
- 1 Cup Sour cream Can be sour cream, Greek yogurt even cottag cheese
- 2 Cups Shredded cheese We love cheddar

Instructions
- Cook up your sausage until it’s a fine crumble. Using the mix n chop makes this super easy. Set aside to cool.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In mold of your choice crack the eggs, and whisk well. (we love the sunflower mold here)
- Add in sour cream and whisk until well combined.
- Add in your cooked sausage (don’t want that to cook your eggs) and cheese. Mix together to make sure it’s combined and spread out.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes. Timing will vary depending on mold and how full your quiche is. You want to cook until the middle is sold and doesn’t jiggle.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then turn out onto servings plate.
