Homemade Potato Soup
Great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. If you don’t have any leftovers simply start with cooked potatoes that can be mashed up.

Instructions
- In a stockpot (or pot you like to make soup in) Add milk and heat up over low.
- Once the milk is warmed up add in your mashed potatoes. Stir until well combined. May want a masher to help combine
- If adding cheese to your soup add that now. Stir and allow it to melt completely.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
- Feel free to top with more cheese, or even crumbled bacon.
Recipe Notes
This is an awesome base to doctor up with your favorite potato flavors. We love flavors such as garlic, leeks, fully loaded baked potatoes, and white cheddar.
