Mandarin Orange Pudding Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Heavy whipping cream alternatively an 8oz tub of cool whip can be used instead
- 1 3.9 ounce box Vanilla Instant pudding
- 1 11 ounce Mandarin oranges

Instructions
- Take one large bowl and drain liquid from oranges into it.
- Mix Instant pudding into juice from oranges and mix until thickened. Add oranges and break up into small pieces. Mix until oranges are broken up and well combined.
- Pour whipping cream into second large bowl and whip until firm peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into thickened pudding and orange mixture.
- Use as frosting or enjoy with a spoon. Yes, it's that delicious. You probably could also freeze it and enjoy it as a frosty treat too. Enjoy
