Banana Pancakes
  1. Mash up bananas in a large bowl
  2. Crack eggs into bowl and whip together with a fork
  3. Heat up griddle and spray with favorite nonstick spray.
  4. Once the mixture is well combined ladle on to hot griddle. Flip once the bottom is golden brown.

These are easiest to freeze by laying a single layer on a bonmat and then adding bonmats for each layer.  This allows the pancakes to freeze individually before removing and storing in a freezer bag.  This is a very basic simple recipe, but my banana loving kids love these.  So we try to keep these on hand for easy breakfasts for them.  Was also a great food to have on hand as the babies were learning how to eat.  Enjoy and doctor them up for your best use.
